About The Opportunity
As a Business Strategy Manager, you will work closely with senior leadership (COO Office) to drive business growth, operational efficiency, and strategic initiatives. This role is central to shaping the company’s roadmap — from organizational design to performance analytics, from business processes to strategic planning.
Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth analysis of company performance, business operations, and organizational structure to identify inefficiencies and growth opportunities.
- Build and maintain KPI dashboards, performance tracking tools, and regular reporting (weekly / quarterly / annual) to support data-driven decision-making.
- Work on budgeting, headcount planning, and resource allocation to align with company objectives and maximize operational efficiency.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, Finance, Compliance and Business teams to support strategic projects and business initiatives.
- Assist in formulating and executing strategic plans — such as expansion, new product launch, process optimization, and scaling operations.
- Provide actionable insights and recommendations to leadership to inform long-term strategy, organizational design, and resource planning.
- 2–5 years (or more) experience in business operations, consulting, finance, strategy analysis, or related roles — ideally in Tech / Financial Services / Web3 or rapidly scaling startups.
- Strong analytical skills, data literacy (Excel, SQL / analytics tools optional), and ability to translate data into actionable business insights.
- Solid business acumen — able to understand company’s products, business model and market context, and contribute to growth strategy.
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills — able to work cross-functionally and present findings and recommendations clearly to leadership.
- Problem-solving mindset, adaptability, proactiveness, and a results-oriented attitude.
