We are a leading global brand dedicated to creating Smart, Helpful, and Bold baby gear since 2007. Our business has continued to grow exponentially, and we’re looking for an experienced Supply Chain Planning Systems Analyst (m/f/d) to join our Brand Business Planning team.


Based in Taiwan, this role will drive continuous enhancement of global Supply Chain Planning capabilities by bridging business needs with technology solutions, and will be responsible for improving planning systems, analytics, reporting, and business processes to enable more effective decision-making, operational excellence, and digital transformation.

What you'll do

Planning Systems Solution Design & Business Analysis

  • Serve as the business systems analyst and planning systems expert, with primary responsibility for the John Galt Atlas Planning Platform.
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into functional specifications and scalable planning system solutions
  • Enhance and optimize forecasting, inventory planning, replenishment, allocation, and S&OP workflows within planning systems.
  • Support planning system implementation, configuration, testing, deployment, and user acceptance activities.
  • Collaborate with IT teams, solution providers, and business stakeholders to deliver system enhancements.
  • Develop system documentation, process flows, business rules, standard operating procedures, and training materials.
  • Drive user adoption through training, communication, and change management initiatives.

Reporting, Analytics & Business Intelligence

  • Develop, maintain, and enhance S&OP dashboards and planning KPI reports.
  • Design reports covering forecast accuracy, inventory performance, supply-demand balance, and planning exceptions.
  • Improve reporting efficiency through automation and process standardization.
  • Ensure data accuracy, consistency, and governance across planning systems and reporting platforms.
  • Translate business requirements into meaningful reports, dashboards, and decision-support analytics.

Data Management, Integration & AI Enablement

  • Support data modeling, master data governance, and data mapping initiatives.
  • Collaborate with IT and data engineering teams to improve database structures and reporting architecture.
  • Support integration between ERP systems, planning platforms, business intelligence tools, and other enterprise applications.
  • Identify opportunities to improve planning productivity through AI, automation, and digital technologies.
  • Leverage Microsoft Copilot and other AI-enabled tools to improve reporting, documentation, analysis, and workflow efficiency.

What you'll bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Industrial Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, Business Analytics, Statistics, or a related discipline.
  • Minimum 3-5 years of experience in Demand Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, Supply Chain Analytics, Planning Systems, Business Systems Analysis, or related functions.
  • Strong knowledge of supply chain planning processes, including Demand Planning, Forecasting, Inventory Planning, Supply Planning, S&OP, and Supply Chain KPIs.
  • Experience with supply chain planning platforms such as John Galt Atlas, SAP IBP, Kinaxis, Blue Yonder (i2/JDA), Oracle Supply Chain Planning, or equivalent planning solutions.
  • Hands-on experience in business requirements gathering, solution design, and planning system implementation or enhancement.
  • Familiarity with ERP systems and planning system integration.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Excel and experience with Power BI, Tableau, or other business intelligence platforms.
  • Knowledge in SQL & relational databases is preferred.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Copilot, AI applications, and digital transformation initiatives is preferred.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to work effectively across business and technical teams.
  • Fluent in both English and Mandarin Chinese, with strong verbal and written communication skills in both languages.
