We are looking for an Business Analyst & PO | French!

Responsibilities:

• Define, manage, and prioritize the user story backlog together with the squad and Product Owner.
• Clarify business and functional requirements for new features and evolutions.
• Coordinate and plan tasks with end users and stakeholders.
• Track progress and ensure delivery of initiatives across teams.
• Contribute to communication between technical teams, business users, and MOA teams.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives, including efficiency and knowledge sharing.
• Support platform testing activities, including definition and execution of non-regression test cases.
• Contribute to explaining technical operations, releases, and security fixes to business stakeholders.
• Maintain and update operational documentation, reference materials, and knowledge bases.
• Ensure compliance with engineering standards and security requirements.
• Collaborate with offshore development teams.
• Contribute to technical and functional documentation.
• Ensure stability, maintainability, and scalability of applications.
• Provide both functional and technical support to end users.
• Monitor production environments and handle incidents in accordance with SLA requirements.
• Coordinate with platform operators regarding incidents, requests, and maintenance activities.
• Manage and ensure successful execution of maintenance and support requests.

Requirements:

Technical Requirements

• Strong experience in application support, IT analysis, or similar roles.
• Advanced knowledge of Excel with VBA.
• Experience with testing activities, including:
• Non-regression testing
• Sanity testing
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of cloud environments.
• Knowledge of Python for scripting or automation tasks.

Methodologies & Frameworks

• Experience working in Agile environments and Agile delivery models.
• Practical knowledge of ITIL processes, including incident, problem, and change management.

Soft Skills

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively in cross-functional and international teams.
• Strong communication skills, especially in translating technical concepts to business users.
• Structured and detail-oriented working style.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a production support context.
• Strong sense of responsibility and ownership.
• Commitment to continuous improvement and knowledge sharing.
• Good level of english.
• Good level of french.
