Strategy Analyst

We are looking for a detail-oriented and analytical Strategy Analyst who will be responsible for translating market, competitor, portfolio, and commercial data into clear, actionable insights that support strategic and operational decision-making across Zentiva.
The role contributes to the development of fact-based recommendations, executive-level materials, and market intelligence outputs, enabling management and business stakeholders to make well-informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver relevant market and competitor intelligence to support strategic decision-making across markets, regions, and HQ functions
- Analyze market dynamics, competitor performance, portfolio trends, and commercial developments to identify key drivers, risks, and opportunities
- Support opportunity assessments and growth analyses, including market sizing, competitor benchmarking, product/category reviews, and country-level performance evaluations
- Develop clear and actionable insights for management, including executive presentations, analytical summaries, and structured recommendations
- Ensure consistency and reliability of data interpretation by applying aligned definitions, methodologies, and data standards
- Collaborate with stakeholders across Commercial, Portfolio, Strategy, Finance, and regional teams to translate business needs into analytical outputs
- Work with external data providers (e.g., IQVIA) and internal data sources to strengthen market understanding and insight quality
- Contribute to continuous improvement of analytics processes, including standardization, better data utilization, and reduction of manual effort
- University degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- Fluent English (written and spoken)
- Experience in the pharmaceutical, medical devices, or medtech industry is considered an advantage
- Experience working with large datasets and data cubes
- Experience in database management and query tools
- Advanced data management and analytical skills
- Advanced Power BI skills and MS Office skills (Excel and PowerPoint)
- Strong analytical mindset with the ability to work with complex datasets
- Ability to structure analyses and clearly communicate insights and recommendations
