Product Owner — Procurement Strategy & Analytics (F/M/X)

Acting as the voice of Procurement, the role partners closely with Global Process Owners, Data & Analytics teams, Master Data Services (MDS), and MDS Product Manager to deliver scalable, data-driven, and user-centric solutions that improve decision-making, productivity, compliance, and business performance.
The role combines procurement domain expertise, product ownership, analytics enablement, and stakeholder leadership to accelerate procurement transformation and digital maturity.
How You Will Contribute
Product Ownership & Strategy
- Define and maintain the business vision, roadmap, and priorities for Procurement Strategy & Analytics products and capabilities
- Own and prioritize the product backlog based on business value, strategic priorities, operational impact, and user needs
- Translate business requirements into epics, features, and user stories for delivery teams
- Make trade-off decisions balancing value, complexity, scalability, and delivery timelines
- Ensure alignment between product roadmap and procurement transformation objectives
- Drive digital enablement of procurement strategy, category management, sourcing pipeline visibility, spend analytics, and supplier intelligence capabilities
- Partner with procurement teams to identify opportunities for automation, AI enablement, predictive analytics, and process simplification
- Support development of standardized analytics, reporting frameworks, dashboards, and KPI visibility
- Promote data-driven decision-making across procurement functions
- Support definition and adoption of common taxonomies, business rules, and analytical standards
- Act as primary business interface between Procurement, Data & Analytics, MDS, and external technology partners
- Collaborate with Global Process Owners to ensure solutions align with process standards, governance frameworks, and target operating models
- Facilitate prioritization discussions with procurement leadership and key stakeholders
- Drive user engagement, adoption, and change management activities
- Define acceptance criteria and validate delivered functionality meets business expectations
- Participate in agile ceremonies including backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing, and release reviews
- Monitor product adoption, user satisfaction, business KPIs, and value realization metrics
- Identify continuous improvement opportunities based on operational insights and stakeholder feedback

- Experience in Procurement, Procurement Excellence, Procurement Analytics, or Procurement Transformation
- Strong understanding of Source-to-Pay (S2P) processes, particularly Strategize, Category Management, and Sourcing
- Experience working with digital products, analytics solutions, or procurement technologies
- Experience translating business needs into product requirements and analytical capabilities
- Strong stakeholder management experience within global and matrix organizations
- Exposure to agile delivery methodologies and product ownership practices
