As part of our continued growth, we are looking for an experienced professional to join our team as an ERP Business Consultant, with a focus on Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.

Role Overview

As an ERP Business Consultant, you will analyze, model, and improve clients’ business processes. The role involves participating in the implementation, configuration, testing, and support of ERP systems, as well as providing training and consulting to end users.

You will work closely with clients, project managers, consultants, and technical teams to deliver practical ERP solutions that meet real business needs.

Key ResponsibilitiesBusiness Analysis and Consulting

• Analyze client business processes in areas such as finance, sales, purchasing, warehouse management, manufacturing, and other operational activities;
• Identify process gaps, risks, and opportunities for optimization;
• Gather, structure, and document business requirements;
• Translate business needs into functional ERP solutions;
• Advise clients on best practices and standard ERP functionalities.

Implementation and Configuration

• Participate in ERP implementation, configuration, and testing activities;
• Adapt ERP modules to client-specific business processes and regulatory requirements;
• Work closely with technical teams when custom developments or integrations are required;
• Prepare and execute test scenarios and support User Acceptance Testing (UAT);

Customer Support and System Improvements

• Provide day-to-day support to ERP users;
• Analyze and resolve ERP-related issues and functional incidents;
• Participate in second-level support for more complex cases;
• Assist with system upgrades, enhancements, and process improvements;

Training and Documentation

• Prepare user guides, functional documentation, and process descriptions;
• Conduct training sessions for end users;
• Create instructions and supporting materials for system users;
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date project documentation.

Communication and Coordination

• Communicate directly with key users, accountants, managers, and internal teams;
• Coordinate tasks, timelines, and dependencies within project activities;
• Participate in project meetings and status discussions;
• Support project managers in planning, reporting, and coordinating project work.

Requirements

• University degree in Economics, Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Mathematics, or a related field;
• Minimum 3 years of experience as an ERP Consultant, Functional Consultant, Business Analyst, or in a similar role;
• Hands-on experience with at least one ERP system;
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or Microsoft Dynamics NAV will be considered a strong advantage;
• Good understanding of business processes, finance, and accounting;
• Excellent Microsoft Excel skills;
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities;
• Ability to structure and document information clearly;
• Good written and spoken English;
• Ability to communicate effectively with business users and understand their requirements.
