Meter data Process Analyst - 18-Months FTC (f/m/d)

What you will do:
- Drive the design, delivery, and maintenance of end-to-end processes supporting new market setups and Origination activities
- Coordinate projects related to IT application architecture, ensuring transparency on timelines, costs, and required resources
- Build strong collaboration frameworks with Middle Office, Front Office, Scheduling, Balancing, and Invoicing teams to optimize internal processes
- Work closely with external data providers to ensure timely and accurate delivery of market data across countries and commodities
- Monitor integration, testing, and production releases to ensure compliance with industry and Axpo quality standards
- Identify, investigate, and help resolve operational and data-related issues through dashboards, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives
- Support project planning, maintenance cost tracking, reporting, and stakeholder coordination across multiple initiatives
- Contribute to testing, sign-off, and operational monitoring of delivered processes and solutions
- University degree, ideally in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Physics, Mathematics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience managing complex IT or operational projects, ideally within the energy sector
- Strong business analysis and process management skills, with the ability to work independently and drive initiatives forward
- Experience coordinating projects across larger teams and managing priorities, dependencies, and timelines
- Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills and a collaborative, solution-oriented approach
- Comfortable working in dynamic environments with evolving priorities and multiple stakeholders
- “Can-do” attitude with a focus on continuous improvement and practical outcomes
- Fluent English skills; an additional European language is a plus
- Nice to have: Additional education or certifications in change management or business management
