About This Role

Our great team is what enables us to do great things. We have been growing our Development team extensively over the years, and we continue the expansion by currently looking for a Business Analyst.

Location: Sofia, street: Panorama Sofia 6, Business center Richhill

Responsibilities

• Gather data and insights from different markets;
• Provide operational support related to the positioning of the company’s products on the markets;
• Identify sources of information besides the ones provided;
• Gather feedback from sales representatives, customers, and players;
• Build up knowledge about the available products on the market;
• Analyse the gathered information and prepare insightful reports (monthly and ad hoc);
• Point out market trends, provide an explanation, and give meaning to the numbers;
• Communicate and coordinate with various divisions in the company;
• Assist in resolving problem situations in the daily work process;
• Optional participation in the process of implementing and testing software applications, as well as improvements to existing applications.

• A degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Marketing, Economics, or any other business-related subject;
• Previous experience in the field of market research or data analysis, ideally in the gaming industry;
• Ability to interpret large amounts of data and to multitask;
• Good analytical skills and strong attention to detail;
• Computer Skills – Microsoft Office, with an emphasis on Excel. Power BI would be considered an advantage;
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in both Bulgarian and English (Advanced or Proficient).
• Higher education in the fields of: Mathematics, Statistics, Technical/Engineering Sciences, or other related to the nature of work;
• Prior experience with qualitative data;
• Experience with Jira and Confluence or similar products;
• Knowledge and/or experience in the gaming industry.
