Business Analysis & Growth - DSK Business Mobile

We are looking for a Product Specialist to join the DSK Business Mobile squad and help us build a mobile banking experience that business clients use every day. The core of the role is business analysis and digital product development. You will analyse business needs, define processes and business rules, and turn them into clear, development-ready requirements.

The role also includes Product Discovery, customer research, product analytics and initiatives focused on increasing the adoption and active usage of DSK Business Mobile.

What you will do

Develop the product

• Analyse business, product and regulatory requirements.
• Define processes, business rules and feature logic.
• Create user stories, business requirements and acceptance criteria.
• Participate in Product Discovery, customer interviews and competitor research.
• Identify dependencies, risks and edge cases.
• Take part in backlog refinement and support the team throughout development.

Support product growth

• Work with Marketing and PR on product initiatives and campaigns.
• Analyse how clients discover, activate and use the application.
• Track monthly results, including MAU, DAU, conversion rates, payments and transacting clients.
• Explore ways to increase active usage and the number of clients initiating payments.
• Test product ideas, messages and customer journeys and measure their impact.

You may be a great fit if you

• Have experience in Business Analysis or working on digital products.
• Can analyse needs and describe the business logic behind a feature.
• Can structure complex information and communicate it clearly.
• Have an analytical mindset and feel comfortable working with data.
• Ask good questions, take initiative and follow tasks through to completion.
• Communicate confidently with both business and technology teams.
• Have a good working level of English.

Experience with mobile applications, fintech, customer research, growth or product analytics will be an advantage.
