Job Title: Business Analyst (Colombia)

Experience: 2-5 years of experience in business analysis or a related field

Job Summary: The Business Analyst will be responsible for driving business transformation by applying analytical and problem-solving skills to identify opportunities for improvement and develop effective solutions. This role will involve close collaboration with stakeholders to elicit requirements, design and implement solutions, and deliver process enhancements that enhance our organizational capabilities, products, and services

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Elicit, analyze, and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Design and develop solutions that meet business needs, including process improvements, system enhancements, and data analytics.
• Build and maintain relationships with stakeholders, including business leaders, product owners, and technical teams.
• Provide support to project teams, including project planning, tracking, and reporting.
• Analyze data to identify trends, insights, and opportunities for improvement.
• Communicate business needs, solutions, and results to stakeholders.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or related field.
• Certified Business Analyst Professional (CBAP) or Certified Associate in Business Analysis (CABA).
• Business process improvement methodologies (e.g., Lean, Six Sigma)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities.
• Experience with business analysis tools and techniques, such as process mapping, use cases, and requirements management.
• Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools, such as Excel, SQL, and data visualization software.
• Financial services industry knowledge (e.g., banking, insurance, investments)
