What You’ll Do

• Partner closely with stakeholders to probe, understand, and document business requirements.
• Craft detailed user journeys and use cases that guide system design and data flows.
• Translate requirements into functional specifications and structured data needs.
• Collaborate with data engineers to design and implement scalable data solutions.
• Ensure all solutions follow data management best practices and governance standards.
• Conduct data analysis to validate quality, consistency, and user alignment.
• Maintain documentation including data dictionaries, process flows, and project plans.
• Support data governance initiatives and BAU monitoring.
• Work with engineering teams to plan sprints, manage enhancements, and resolve issues.

What You Bring

• Degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or related field.
• 5+ years’ hands‑on experience in data management or business analysis within investment/banking.
• Strong experience crafting user journeys and use cases.
• Proficiency in SQL, Python, and modern data analysis tools.
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to simplify complex data concepts.
• Strong problem‑solving skills, attention to detail, and operational meticulousness.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Solid understanding of data modelling and data integration.
• Experience with SDLC and Agile (Scrum/Kanban).
