Project Background

This global tax compliance and e-invoice implementation project covers Europe and Mexico, led by a China-based project team.

Urgent delivery is required to meet mandatory statutory tax regulations in targeted jurisdictions, with top priorities on rolling out e-invoice compliance in France and Mexico, followed by Germany in subsequent phases. The client has signed a contract with system vendor Edicom for ongoing implementation in France and Mexico.

Due to constrained in-house IT manpower, external consultants are needed to be stationed at the client’s Shenzhen headquarters to support project delivery.

Key Job Responsibilitie

sAct as an IT Business Partner (IT BP) or dedicated IT coordinator to fully align with the business team’s invoicing and tax compliance requirements

.Translate business requirements into technical specifications and organize underlying business logic

.Collaborate with internal IT management and SAP teams to facilitate API provision, message transmission, system configuration and related interface integration

.Coordinate with the English-speaking internal project manager and external vendor Edicom to ensure end-to-end project implementation and go-live

tsHands-on IT implementation experience for local tax compliance in European countries (France, Germany preferred

).Proven full end-to-end implementation track record of European e-invoice or tax compliance projects is mandator

y.Solid working knowledge of SAP S/4HANA operations and system architectur

e.In-depth understanding of B2B invoice categories and corresponding tax compliance workflow

s.Excellent business acumen and cross-functional communication skills to rapidly formalize business logic into feasible system design proposal
