Business Systems Analyst

Key responsibilities:

1.Gather and analyze business requirements from stakeholders

2.Create clear, unambiguous specifications, use cases, and process flows

3.Model business processes using BPMN (Camunda or similar) and sequence diagrams

4.Design and document REST APIs, integrations

5.Work closely with Developers, QA, and Product Owners

6.Support testing, UAT, and business validation

Required experience:

1.Understanding of trades lifecycle, balances and basic fraud / risk scenarios

2.BPMN modeling, process analysis and sequence diagrams usable by engineers

3.REST APIs design and documentation (endpoints, request / response, JSON schemas)

4.Understanding of Integration with MT4/MT5 and other external systems

5.Ability to identify gaps, edge cases, and conflicting requirements

6.Ability to support testing, UAT, and business validation

Nice to have / Strong plus experience:

1.Anti-fraud systems

2.Event-driven architecture

3.Message brokers (Kafka, RabbitMQ)

4.Real-time and high-load systems
