SAP FICO BUSINESS ANALYST

The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in SAP Finance & Controlling implementations, business analysis, and configuration, and is comfortable interacting with both business and IT stakeholders. Professional English is required as part of this role.

✍️ WHAT WOULD YOU NEED? ✍️

• 3+ years of experience as a SAP FICO Consultant / SAP FICO Business Analyst (5+ years preferred).
• Strong proficiency with SAP FI: GL, AP, AR, Fixed Assets, Banking, Month-End and Year-End Closing processes.
• Experience with SAP CO, including Cost Centers, Internal Orders and Profitability Analysis (CO-PA).
• Solid knowledge of FI-MM and FI-SD integrations.
• Hands-on experience with SAP FI/CO customizing and configuration.
• Experience working in international and multi-company environments.
• Participation in SAP ECC to S/4HANA migration projects is highly valued.
• Professional proficiency in English (written and spoken).
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills.

👉 WHAT WILL YOU BE DOING?

• Analyze and gather business requirements from Finance and Controlling stakeholders.
• Lead workshops and translate business needs into SAP FICO solutions.
• Configure and customize SAP FI and CO modules.
• Prepare functional specifications and support developments.
• Participate in ECC to S/4HANA migration projects, including impact analysis, New GL, Universal Journal and data reconciliation.
• Ensure proper integration between Finance, MM and SD processes.
• Define and execute testing strategies, UAT activities and post-go-live support.
• Collaborate with international teams to improve Finance and Controlling processes within SAP.
• Stay up to date with SAP best practices and S/4HANA innovations.
