Senior Business Analyst – Oracle Fusion Techno-Functional (English & Korean Bilingual)

Location: Singapore / South Korea (or as applicable)

Key Requirements

• Minimum 10 years of experience as a Business Analyst, Functional Consultant, or Techno-Functional Consultant.
• Strong experience in Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications.
• Expertise in gathering business requirements, process mapping, solution design, and stakeholder management.
• Hands-on techno-functional knowledge across Oracle Fusion modules such as:
• Financials (GL, AP, AR, FA, CM)
• Procurement
• Supply Chain (preferred)
• HCM (preferred)
• Experience with:
• Oracle Fusion integrations
• Reporting and analytics
• Data migration and system enhancements
• UAT, deployments, and post-production support
• Ability to translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications.
• Experience working with global stakeholders and cross-functional teams.

Language Requirements

• Fluent English and Korean (mandatory).
• Ability to facilitate workshops, gather requirements, and communicate with business stakeholders in both languages.

Responsibilities

• Engage business stakeholders to understand and document requirements.
• Analyze existing processes and recommend Oracle Fusion solutions.
• Bridge communication between business users and technical teams.
• Prepare functional specifications, process flows, and solution documentation.
• Support testing, training, change management, and go-live activities.
• Ensure successful delivery of Oracle Fusion enhancement and transformation projects.

Preferred Qualifications

• Oracle Fusion certifications.
• Experience in large-scale ERP transformation programs.
• Experience working in multinational environments.
