IT Functional Specialist (Finance) is primarily responsible to bridging the gap between business needs and technology solutions, specifically in Finance, Accounting, & Tax area by meeting business requirement, ensuring data integrity, testing of system changes, and analyzing process flows for improvement opportunities.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
- Up to (max) 3 years' experience as a Functional Analyst
- Experience in system implementation, process improvement, or project delivery
- Strong analytical, logical, and problem-solving skills
- Customer-oriented with good communication skills
- Able to work independently, collaboratively, and under pressure
- Understanding of Finance, Tax, and Accounting systems
- Proficient in SQL for data analysis and issue investigation
- Knowledge of system documentation, use case diagrams, and database design
- Experience leading projects and coordinating stakeholders
