Business Analyst Manager

Responsibilities

• Lead the mapping, evaluation, and optimization of the company's end-to-end business processes, particularly those related to SAP, settlement, reconciliation, operational processes, and data management.
• Guide the Business Analyst team in translating operational and financial business requirements into clear, comprehensive, and well-structured Product Requirements Documents (PRDs) for the development team.
• Ensure seamless and highly accurate integration between front-end operational systems and core Finance & Accounting systems.
• Ensure the integrity of financial data, the accuracy of settlement calculations, and the reliability of automated reconciliation systems to minimize discrepancies and revenue leakage.
• Lead technical and functional coordination across internal teams and third-party solution providers to ensure successful project delivery.
• Mentor and develop the Business Analyst team, establish high standards for Product and Feature Ownership, and regularly evaluate team performance.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. A Master's degree is an advantage.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT Business Analysis and/or Enterprise Architecture, with at least 3–5 years in a managerial role leading Business Analyst teams.
• Strong understanding of and hands-on experience with core SAP/ERP modules, Settlement & Reconciliation systems, and operational applications as well as back-office tools.
• Strong analytical skills and a data-driven mindset, with the ability to accurately analyze data flows and business processes to drive effective solutions.
• Excellent critical thinking skills with the ability to identify, consolidate, and optimize complex operational business processes across multiple departments and business units.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills, with the ability to effectively engage senior stakeholders, including the Board of Directors.
• Experience in the transportation, logistics, or fleet management industry is an advantage.
• Willing to Work From Office
