Kozystay is a fast-growing hospitality technology start-up focused on the short-term rentals industry (Airbnb, etc.) for the next generation of guests. We provide premium end-to-end property management, using technology to streamline operations and deliver better guest experiences.

We are looking for an Odoo Functional Consultant to join our Jakarta office (full WFO). This role is responsible for supporting, improving, and optimizing the company’s Odoo ERP system to ensure smooth business operations across departments. You will work closely with users and stakeholders to understand business needs, provide functional solutions, and support continuous system improvements as the company scales.

Responsibilities

Manage and monitor Odoo support ticketing systemConduct system design discussions, timeline planning, and feature development with users and stakeholdersExecute and resolve minor system tasks, adjustments, troubleshooting, and functional supportPerform application testing and system integration validationDevelop and maintain user guidebooks, SOPs, and system documentation for Odoo usageSupport continuous system improvement through feedback analysis, issue resolution, and process optimizationGather and analyze business requirements from cross-functional teamsCollaborate with technical teams to ensure successful ERP implementation and enhancementsProvide user training and support to ensure smooth adoption of Odoo systems

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Business, Accounting, Management, or related fieldMinimum 2+ years of relevant experience in ERP implementationProven experience as an Odoo Functional Consultant or similar roleStrong experience with Odoo software, especially Odoo 18 and aboveGood understanding of ERP systems and business applicationsStrong understanding of end-to-end finance business processes such as Procure-to-Pay (P2P), Order-to-Cash (O2C), and Record-to-Report (R2R)Strong understanding of financial accounting principles and practicesAbility to create flowcharts, Functional Specification Documents (FSD), process diagrams, and user manualsExperience in troubleshooting and resolving Odoo-related issuesStrong analytical thinking, problem-solving, and communication skillsProactive, detail-oriented, organized, and able to work collaboratively across teamsWilling to work full-time, on-site (WFO) in Jakarta
