Business Analyst

Job Description:

• Provide consultative business services to help clients implement Weaver’s digital solutions.
• Understand and translate customer needs into business and technology solutions, providing consultation on the customer digital journey.
• Configure/Customise Weaver solution (a low-code workflow digitalisation platform) based on the business/functional requirements of clients
• Drive discussions and provide consultation around digital transformation, the customer digital journey, functional/application designs and ensure technology and business solutions represent business requirements
• Confer with customer to capture user requirements, conduct requirement study, solution preview and other stakeholders' meetings
• Perform project & stakeholder management to ensure projects are delivered successfully within the pre-defined timeline
• Support the delivery of quality functional/application digital designs
• Support development and implementation of quality business digital solutions for the client
• Provide Weaver Product power/end-users training and support
• Document business requirements, functional design, test plan and prepare project reports

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in related fields.
• 1 to 2 years of working experience in the related fields (e.g., technology service delivery, enterprise software development and implementation) is preferred
• Java, SQL and JavaScript knowledge & hands-on experience preferred (Not mandatory)
• Desire to work in an information systems environment · Excellent communication (written and oral) and interpersonal skills
• Demonstrated teamwork and collaboration in a professional setting
• Proven ability to work creatively and analytically in a problem-solving environment
• You are eager to learn & adopt new technologies
• Languages: Proficient in English and Mandarin
