Pay Range: $45 - $47/hour. Employee benefits include, but are not limited to, health insurance (medical, dental, vision), 401(k) plan, and paid sick leave (depending on work location).

Key Responsibilities:

• Green Card and US Citizen, H4 EAD, L2 EAD, GC EAD, TN Visa
• Gather and document business requirements from stakeholders.
• Convert business needs into functional specifications, user stories, and process flows.
• Identify opportunities for automation, AI adoption, and process optimization.
• Work with AI/ML, Generative AI, NLP, or conversational AI use cases.
• Analyze data and produce reports using SQL and analytics tools.
• Collaborate with product owners, developers, QA teams, and business users.
• Support Agile/Scrum ceremonies (Sprint Planning, Backlog Grooming, UAT).
• Create documentation, workflows, test cases, and training materials.

• NLP (Natural Language Processing)
• AI use-case identification and business process transformation
• Prompt engineering
• AI governance and responsible AI concepts
• AI solution adoption and change management
• Azure AI Services, Azure OpenAI, Semantic Kernel
• Machine Learning lifecycle understanding
• SQL (mandatory in many Fiserv roles)
• Python (preferred)
• Azure Cloud / AWS / GCP
• Jira, Confluence
• Visio, Lucidchart
• Power BI, Tableau
• Splunk
• Snowflake
• APIs and integrations
• Data analysis and reporting
• For Fiserv and similar fintech organizations:
• Banking
• Payments
• Credit Cards
• Financial Services
• Contact Center / IVR
• Customer Experience Platforms
• Digital Transformation Programs
• Mid-Level BA with AI
• 3–7 years Business Analyst experience
• 2+ years AI/Cloud experience
• Strong stakeholder management
• Requirements gathering and documentation expertise
• Agile project experience
