Junior Salesforce Technical Business Analyst

We are looking for an experienced Salesforce Service Cloud Consultant to join a dynamic international team responsible for evolving a highly customized Salesforce ecosystem that supports complex customer service operations across multiple locations.
This role combines business consulting, solution design, platform administration, and continuous improvement. You will act as the bridge between business stakeholders and technical teams, ensuring Salesforce solutions remain scalable, efficient, and aligned with business objectives.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable Salesforce Service Cloud solutions.
- Design, configure, and optimize Lightning Flows, Omni-Channel, automation, and AI-driven capabilities.
- Drive continuous platform improvements by identifying opportunities to simplify processes and enhance user experience.
- Configure and maintain complex security models, layouts, permissions, and automated workflows across multiple business units.
- Coordinate Salesforce releases throughout the complete deployment lifecycle, including sandbox management, testing, CI/CD, and production deployments.
- Monitor system performance and business processes, ensuring platform stability and operational excellence.
- Develop and execute test plans alongside cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality releases.
- Provide functional support to business users and troubleshoot platform-related issues.
- Investigate recurring incidents, identify root causes, and implement long-term improvements following ITIL best practices.
- Deliver documentation, training sessions, and knowledge-sharing activities for end users and stakeholders.
Required Experience
- Proven experience administering and improving complex Salesforce Service Cloud environments.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce declarative development, particularly Lightning Flows.
- Ability to gather business requirements and convert them into scalable Salesforce solutions.
- Experience collaborating with business teams, developers, QA, and infrastructure teams.
- Knowledge of Salesforce release management and DevOps deployment practices.
- Understanding of Apex and Lightning Web Components (LWC), with the ability to determine when custom development is required.
- Familiarity with Java and SQL is considered an advantage.
- Experience working with CI/CD pipelines and Salesforce deployment frameworks.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a continuous improvement mindset.
- Comfortable working independently while managing multiple stakeholders in an international environment.
- Excellent documentation and communication skills.
- Fluent English. German is a plus.
Nice to Have
- Salesforce Certified Administrator.
- Salesforce Platform Developer I certification.
- Experience with CRM Analytics, Tableau, or similar analytics platforms.
- Exposure to QA or performance testing tools.
- Experience supporting large-scale, highly customized Salesforce environments.
