Your Role And Responsibilities

In this role, you will drive performance improvement across Finance Operations by leading automation initiatives, analyzing KPIs, and solving operational issues. Partners with leadership to define priorities, deliver measurable impact, and scale standardized solutions across processes and locations, supporting both local and global initiatives.

The Work Model For The Role Is

This role is contributing to the Electrification Finance team in San Luis Potosi, S.L.P.

Global relocation/LTA support will not be considered for this position.

You Will Be Mainly Accountable For

• Identify performance gaps using KPIs, data analysis, and stakeholder input.
• Lead end-to-end process improvement, including process mapping, gap identification, root cause analysis, and implementation of sustainable solutions.
• Drive process automation using Excel and Power tools to reduce manual effort and improve efficiency.
• Support AI initiatives by identifying use cases, defining business requirements, and coordinating with specialized teams for implementation.
• Align with leadership to define priorities and support the improvement roadmap.
• Promote adoption of standard processes, tools, and scalable solutions across teams.

Qualifications For The Role

• Advanced Excel (including macros and query design)
• Hands-on experience with Power Apps and Power Automate
• Experience in project management and leading cross-functional initiatives, as well as in process improvement, automation, or operational performance roles
• Nice to have: Finance Operations knowledge (P2P, O2C, R2R), Experience with SAP S/4HANA, Lean Six Sigma (Yellow Belt or higher), Basic AI literacy (understanding of AI use cases and ability to translate business needs into AI opportunities)
• Soft skills such as: strong problem-solving mindset with ability to structure ambiguous issues, clear and effective communication with both technical and business stakeholders, ability to drive initiatives from idea to implementation with minimal supervision, proactive and ownership-driven, consistently pushing for results, high learning agility with ability to quickly understand new topics and adapt, customer-focused mindset, ensuring solutions address business needs and improve user experience
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Systems Engineering, or Accountant with Automation processes knowledge and experience
• Advanced English communication skills (oral and written)
