Position Overview
The D365 Business Analyst –Manufacturing & Quality plays a key role in supporting and improving business processes within Microsoft Dynamics 365 (Finance & Operations). This position works closely with business takeholders and IT teams to analyze requirements implement solutions, and ensure the efficient use of the system across manufacturing and quality operations. The role focuses on driving process optimization, supporting system enhancements, and contributing to digital transformation initiatives within a manufacturing environment.
Required Qualifications
• 10+ years of experience working on the Microsoft Dynamics platform.
• 5+ years of hands-on experience specifically with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations.
• Experience supporting a B2B, eCommerce-enabled business environment.
• Experience designing and configuring end-to-end Manufacturing solutions in D365 F&O.
• Strong knowledge of production processes: BOMs, routing, batch/production orders, and capacity planning.
• Experience with Quality Management processes (quality orders, inspection plans, CAPA).
• Understanding of costing methods, production variances, and inventory control.
• Ability to troubleshoot complex functional and data issues in D365.
• FluencyinEnglish (written and spoken).
Key Responsibilities
• Analyze, design, and own end-to-end functional solutions in Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations (D365 F&O) for Manufacturing and Quality processes.
• Lead the configuration, optimization, and continuous improvement of Manufacturing and Quality modules, ensuring alignment with business needs.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders and IT teams to gather requirements and deliver scalable, effective solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex functional and data issues,ensuring system stability and performance.
• Participate in system implementation activities, including configuration, integration testing, UAT, and go-live support.
• Ensure proper system usage, maintenance, and ongoing optimization of D365 solutions.
• Identify opportunities for process improvements and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.
• Ensure alignment between business processes and system capabilities within D365Contribute to digital transformation initiatives and support ongoing system enhancements.

• Additional relevant experience beyond the core requirements.
• Exposureto related tools,technologies,or systems.
• Knowledge that complements Manufacturing and Quality processes.
• Anyadditional technical or functional skills that add value to the role.
• Exposure to Power Platform, Power BI, or Copilot for Manufacturing optimization.
• Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments.
Desirable Qualifications
Experience in manufacturing or distribution environments .
• Familiarity with Power Platform, Power BI, and Azure integrations.
• Fluencyin English (written and spoken).
Working Conditions
Prolonged periods of sitting and working at a computer
• Occasional exposure to malting and manufacturing environments.
• Ability to travel up to 15%.
