At The Family Security Plan, we believe great business decisions start with asking the right questions. As a Business Strategy Analyst, you'll partner every day with our leadership team to help shape decisions that affect company growth, customer experience, and long-term strategy.

This role is designed for someone who wants to own meaningful analytical work from defining the business question through presenting recommendations to leadership.

You'll often work with incomplete information, develop reasonable assumptions, test your thinking, and refine your recommendations as new information becomes available. You'll have the opportunity to work on a wide variety of business challenges. Projects may include forecasting revenue, identifying the drivers behind business performance, evaluating customer segments, measuring marketing effectiveness, analyzing operational improvements, and helping leadership evaluate new business opportunities.

  • Developing customer segmentation models that identify opportunities for growth, marketing optimization, and improved business performance.
  • Investigating the business drivers that influence customer behavior, lifetime value, and long-term business performance.
  • Building long-term revenue forecasting models that help leadership evaluate growth strategies and business scenarios.
  • Evaluating compensation plans, incentive programs, and commission structures to understand how they influence sales performance and business outcomes.
  • Measuring wallet share and identifying opportunities to strengthen customer relationships and increase long-term value.
  • Supporting market expansion and community growth initiatives by identifying opportunities and measuring business impact.
  • Designing analytical models that improve field scheduling, territory planning, and operational efficiency.
  • Partnering with Technology to validate major system implementations and ensure business processes continue to perform as expected.
