Business Analyst

<strong>84 months experience eliciting business requirements from business customers or system artifacts and maintaining such requirements. </strong> <strong> 84 months experience developing business requirements and process documentation such as use cases, process flows, screen mock-ups, and data dictionaries. </strong> <strong> 84 months experience creating test plans and test cases, executing functional and system tests (including regression testing) and ensuring requirement traceability. </strong> <strong> 84 months identifying and documenting application defects, tracking defects to resolution, and performing retesting as required. </strong> <strong> 24 months experience with systems related to criminal justice processing (including but not limited to: statistical reporting, disposition processing, fingerprint identification processing, criminal history updating, Sex Offender management, tracking of Wanted/Missing persons, or other applications utilized by law enforcement.</strong>
