Key Responsibilities
Requirements Engineering: Lead discovery with business and technical stakeholders to elicit, analyze, validate, and trace functional and non-functional requirements for the non-AI project scope.
System Analysis & Documentation: Produce BRDs, SRS, functional and technical specifications, user stories, acceptance criteria, interface requirements, data mappings, and analysis documents for integration services and event topics.
Process & Integration Modelling: Document current- and future-state processes, gap analyses, workflows, sequence diagrams, system interactions, APIs, integration mappings, and data flows.
Requirements Lifecycle & Governance: Maintain traceability, backlog readiness, change requests, priorities, dependencies, and alignment with security, data, service-level, and technical governance requirements.
Validation & Acceptance Support: Define acceptance criteria and test scenarios; collaborate with QA on integration, performance, and UAT activities; and verify delivered services against approved requirements.
Cross-Functional Delivery & AI Coordination: Work with integration, portal, event-streaming, operations, cybersecurity, data-governance, and AI teams; define AI-related interfaces and data requirements without owning AI model design, development, or training; and support handover and knowledge transfer.
Requirements
Qualifications
Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related technical field.
Experience: 5+ years of experience in Systems Analysis or Business Systems Analysis, including enterprise integration or digital transformation projects.
Process & Tool Proficiency:
Strong expertise in requirements engineering, stakeholder facilitation, functional and non-functional analysis, traceability, and change management.
Hands-on experience with requirements, backlog, and collaboration tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, Confluence, and MS Visio (or similar).
Deep understanding of SDLC and Agile/Scrum delivery, including documentation, testing, UAT, and release-readiness activities.
Data & Technical Skills:
Strong working knowledge of APIs, web services, system interfaces, data mapping, integration patterns, and event-driven systems.
Practical knowledge of databases, SQL, JSON, XML, interface specifications, and secure system-integration concepts.
Preferred exposure to IBM App Connect, API Connect, DataPower, MQ, Kafka/Confluent, developer portals, Instana, or Kibana.
Communication & Domain Knowledge:
Native Arabic speaker with excellent English fluency (written and spoken).
Ability to explain complex system behaviour, dependencies, and technical requirements clearly to technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Familiarity with KSA digital transformation, cybersecurity, data-governance, and regulatory environments is a strong plus.
