Our subsidiary (SOOR) is seeking a Business & Technical Solutions, Specialist to act as a bridge between business and technology teams by supporting business analysis, solution design, integration, testing, and implementation activities.
Key Responsibilities
- Gather and document business and technical requirements
- Support solution design and system integration activities
- Conduct business process analysis and improvement assessments
- Prepare BRDs, functional specifications, process maps, and use cases
- Support testing, troubleshooting, and issue resolution activities
- Coordinate with stakeholders, vendors, and technical teams
- Maintain solution and integration documentation
- Support change management and user adoption activities
- Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field
- Minimum of 7 years of experience
