Junior NetSuite Consultant

Location: Germany / Hybrid

Salary: €50,000 - €65,000 (depending on experience)


We are looking for a Junior NetSuite Consultant to join a progressive company. This is an excellent opportunity for someone with exposure to NetSuite and a finance background who is looking to build a long-term career in NetSuite.


You would be working alongside experienced Consultants helping to support NetSuite implementation projects, system improvements, and post go-live optimisation for a wide range of clients.


Responsibilities

  • Support NetSuite implementation projects from discovery through to go-live.
  • Gather and document business requirements with Finance and operational stakeholders.
  • Assist with NetSuite configuration, testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
  • Deliver end-user training and provide post go-live support.
  • Troubleshoot functional issues and recommend system improvements.
  • Produce process documentation and user guides.
  • Support data migration, reporting, dashboards, and saved searches.


Requirements

  • Exposure to NetSuite through a previous role, implementation project, or administration experience.
  • Finance background with a good understanding of accounting principles and financial processes.
  • Understanding of core finance processes including General Ledger, Accounts Payable, Accounts Receivable, Fixed Assets, and Month-End Close.


Desirable Experience

  • NetSuite Administrator or Super User experience.
  • Previous ERP implementation or support experience.
  • Experience with Saved Searches, Reports, Dashboards, or basic Workflows.
  • Exposure to NetSuite Financials, OneWorld, Advanced Financials, or SuiteAnalytics.
