Business Analyst – ECM / Vigilance (GxP & Testing)

Hiring: Business Analyst – ECM / Complaints Management (GxP & Testing)

Seeking an experienced Business Analyst/Tester with background in Enterprise Complaints Management (ECM), Vigilance, or Product/Manufacturing Incident systems within Life Sciences / Pharma / Medical Device environments.

📍 Location: Raritan or New Brunswick, NJ (3 days onsite – mandatory)

📅 Duration: Immediate start – long-term contract (through 2026)

Must Have

✅ ECM / Complaints / Vigilance systems experience

✅ Strong Testing (test case creation, SIT/UAT execution)

✅ GxP / CSV / regulated environment knowledge

✅ Product or Manufacturing Incident data experience

✅ Business Analysis (requirements, BRD/FRD, RTM)

Nice to Have

➕ Quality/Manufacturing systems (CAPA, deviations, complaints)

➕ Pharma/Medical Device domain experience
