You'll do more than manage orders, you'll uncover insights, solve complex supply chain challenges, drive service improvements, and help deliver exceptional customer experiences across a portfolio of iconic brands.

If you're analytical, customer-focused, and passionate about making an impact, this is an opportunity to build a career with the world's largest dairy company.

  • Influence business decisions through data and actionable insights.
  • Build scorecards, dashboards, and reporting that drive measurable results.
  • Gain exposure to customer-facing supply chain operations within a leading CPG organization.
  • Help shape how we serve customers more effectively and efficiently.

What You'll Do

Drive Customer Supply Chain Performance

  • Analyze service levels, fulfillment performance, and operational trends to identify opportunities for improvement.

  • Support order fulfillment activities for key customer accounts.

Turn Data into Action

  • Create and maintain scorecards, dashboards, and KPI reporting that measure service, efficiency, and performance.
  • Identify trends, risks, and opportunities through data analysis.
  • Deliver meaningful business insights that support customer and operational decision-making.
  • Develop and document reporting processes and best practices.

Partner Across the Business

  • Collaborate with Sales, Customer Service, Transportation, Warehousing, and Supply Chain teams to resolve issues and improve performance.
  • Communicate proactively regarding service disruptions, inventory constraints, and fulfillment challenges.
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives that enhance customer experience and business outcomes.

Improve Processes

  • Evaluate fulfillment and customer service processes for efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Recommend and implement improvements that reduce complexity and improve performance.
  • Support the development of proactive service communications and customer-facing reporting tools.

What You'll Bring

Required Qualifications

  • University degree in Business, Supply Chain, Operations, or a related field preferred.
  • 2+ years of experience in order management, supply chain, inventory management, planning, customer operations, or related functions.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Advanced Excel skills and experience working with large data sets.
  • Exceptional communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience working within customer-facing supply chain, logistics, or sales support environments.
  • SAP or other ERP system experience.
