What We're Looking For

The Strategic Partner, Junior (Business Analyst, I) will be developing, growing, maintaining business and partner relationships and fostering new, innovative collaboration, which allows partnerships to thrive, identifying opportunities for new partnerships and maintaining and strengthening existing relationships.

The team is responsible for managing and cultivating Zebra’s most strategic relationships. You will be the primary point of contact for both our internal and external stakeholders. This position requires high levels of strategic thinking, creativity, and leadership skills as you will be called upon to identify and drive our top initiatives while working cross-functionally, co located with our Product, Engineering, Design, Marketing and Legal teams.

Responsibilities

  • Designs reports analyzing data from one or multiple systems to specifications of business stakeholders
  • Analyzes root quality issues and reviews recommendations with more senior staff and cross-functional teams for resolution
  • Demonstrates basic understanding of KPIs, team roles, and business processes
  • Demonstrates awareness of company data architecture and relationships
  • Demonstrates understanding of data transformation tools (e.g. Databricks). Supports data visualization platforms (BI tools)
  • Works with prebuilt queries in data transformation tools under supervision
  • Maintains data quality and governance in assigned systems
  • Validate data and ensure reporting consistency
  • Performs basic analyses for strategic partner initiatives according to specifications
  • Build dashboards using data visualization platforms (BI tools) with already created data models
  • Works under supervision of senior analysts, follows established procedures, and supports cross-functional workshops

This is a hybrid position located in Lincolnshire, IL (3 days/week in office required).

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelors Degree
  • Equivalency: Equivalent work experience will be considered in lieu of a degree

Preferred Qualifications

  • Successful completion of a Zebra Technologies Internship
  • Can synthesize complex data into themes, stories and recommendations
  • Basic systems knowledge in assigned functional area
  • Basic Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint skills
  • Basic presentation skills required. Some formal training in public speaking / presentation skills preferred
  • Attention to detail
  • Collaboration mindset and approach to strengthen professional partnerships
  • Basic time management and prioritization skills
  • Effective communication skills - listening, written and verbal communications
  • Curiosity and eagerness to learn the business and solve problems
  • Strong analytical mindset / capability
  • Basic experience reading and interpreting SQL queries
  • Basic experience with data visualization platforms, AI tools (e.g., Gemini Enterprise), data transformation tools, a plus
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment

Pay Range

$61,040.00 - $91,560.00 Annual

Incentive Compensation

In addition to base pay, Zebra offers this role the opportunity to earn a performance-based annual cash incentive, at a target equal to 5% of base pay, in accordance with the terms of the applicable incentive plan.

Salary offered will vary depending on your location, job-related skills, knowledge, and experience.
