Position Description
The Manufacturing Execution System Analyst will translate manufacturing needs into MES solutions, ensuring accurate SAP–MES integration, supporting configuration and testing, and providing ongoing production support and continuous improvement. The analyst will optimize our MES environment to ensure seamless integration with SAP and other enterprise systems. This role requires a strong understanding of manufacturing processes, technical MES skills, SAP modules (such as PP, QM, and PM), and the ability to translate business needs into technical solutions that improve operational efficiency. The role acts as a key liaison between business stakeholders and IT, ensuring that planning requirements are correctly translated into SAP-based solutions and that planning processes are efficient, integrated, and aligned with business objectives.
Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for designing, improving and supporting critical MES functionality and integrated processes with SAP in areas such as PP, QM and PM
- Design and maintain integration interfaces between MES and SAP (BAPI, IDoc, APIs, SAP MII, or other middleware).
- Lead end-to-end initiatives, including requirements gathering, configuration, testing, deployment, and hyper-care.
- Collaborate with business stakeholders, project managers, and third-party vendors to align scope, manage risks, and ensure on-time delivery.
- Configure and support SAP & MES solutions aligned with global template standards, ensuring system and process integrity.
- Manage data migration activities, including master data and open transactional data, in compliance with MDM and archival requirements.
- Develop and execute testing, training, and change management activities to ensure successful adoption and continuity of business processes.
- Expertise in design, delivery and support of related SAP module (PM, PP, QM) and extensive knowledge of integration points across SAP modules.
- Strong manufacturing domain expertise in discrete or process manufacturing, including production, quality, and maintenance processes.
- Strong analytical skills, including experience with data analysis, data mapping/modeling, ETL, and synthesizing data into metrics and insights.
- Proven problem-solving and troubleshooting ability, with a strong desire to solve complex business problems through an understanding of business processes, MES & ERP structures, and system capabilities.
- Ability to propose, evaluate, and communicate effective solutions while working independently in a dynamic, change-oriented environment.
- Strong interpersonal, written, and verbal communication skills; collaborative team player able to work effectively across multiple functions.

- Bachelor's in Information Systems, Business, Engineering, or related discipline.
- Five (5) plus years of experience implementing MES systems.
- Three (3) plus years of experience in the manufacturing industry.
- Experience with S4 and/or professional certification.
- Experience participating in change management for an organization preferred
- Experience with MES Systems: SAP ME/MII, Siemens Opcenter, Wonderware/AVEVA, DELMIA Apriso, or equivalent.
- Experience with SAP Integration: BAPI, IDoc, RFCs, SAP MII, SAP Plant Connectivity.
- Experience with Databases & Analytics: SQL, relational databases & data mapping
- Experience with Automation & Shop-Floor Systems: PLCs, SCADA, IoT sensors, OPC UA connectivity.
- Experience Programming / Scripting: Python, Java, VBScript, or equivalent for MES configuration or automation.
- Experience with or Certification in Process Improvement: Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, OEE analysis, workflow optimization.
- Experience as a power user of SAP’s BDC tools such as Datasphere, SAC, BW or similar
- Physical Demands– Continuously sitting for prolonged periods, as the job is administrative in nature.
- Visual/Sensory – This position requires attention to detail, requiring attention with one or two senses at a time.
- Work Environment – Work and environment fasted paced, requiring ability to remain focused under pressure.
- Mental Stress – There is pronounced pressure from deadlines, project management, accuracy, or similar demands.
- Ability to travel up to 20%

Refresco Beverages US Inc. offers the following competitive pay and comprehensive benefits:
Pay Range: $135,000 - $149,000, plus eligibility for performance-based bonuses based on company objectives.
