Job Summary/Purpose

As the Supervisor, Business Services Reporting (BSOS), you'll lead a team responsible for delivering data insights and reporting that support Meter to Cash (M2C) and business partners across Entergy. You'll leverage data analytics, AI, and reporting tools to provide actionable insights that support strategic initiatives, regulatory filings, franchise fee management, and data-driven decision-making.

You'll partner with cross-functional teams to improve reporting processes, ensure data quality, manage operational priorities, and drive continuous improvement through technology and process optimization.


Job Duties/Responsibilities

In this role, you will:

  • Lead and develop a team of professionals specializing in data analytics, reporting, data visualization, and query tools.
  • Deliver reports, dashboards, and data insights that support strategic initiatives, regulatory filings, franchise fee management, and operational decision-making.
  • Leverage AI and other technologies to improve data quality, validate key systems and databases, and identify opportunities for automation and process improvement.
  • Lead root cause analysis, resolve system and process issues, and implement controls to improve reporting accuracy and operational performance.
  • Manage reporting requests, prioritize workload, and coordinate business requirements, system enhancements, and technical solutions across multiple functional areas.
  • Partner with Operating Companies and business stakeholders to support franchise fee assignments, operational recommendations, and business initiatives.
  • Monitor team performance, coach employees, establish performance goals, and foster a culture of continuous improvement and customer service.
  • Manage budgets, monitor expenses, and stay informed of regulatory or political changes that may impact business operations.


Requirements

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in a technical or business-related field, or equivalent work experience.
  • Preferred: Master's degree.

Experience

  • 5–7+ years of relevant professional experience with a degree, or 10+ years of relevant professional experience in lieu of a degree.
  • Preferred: 2+ years of supervisory, IT, and project management experience.

Knowledge, Skills & Abilities

  • Strong data analytics, reporting, and data visualization skills.
  • Knowledge of SAP Customer Care System (CCS), Meter to Cash processes, and related applications.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Experience working with customer service, accounting, AMI, CCS, and other enterprise systems.
  • Strong analytical, problem-solving, negotiation, and decision-making skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to lead teams in both office and remote environments.
  • Strong leadership, strategic planning, customer service, and conflict resolution skills.
