Finance Business Partner

Responsibilities will include:
- Assist with analysing financial performance to help explain results and trends
- Support preparation of reports comparing actuals vs budget/forecast (variance analysis)
- Help track weekly and monthly KPIs and financial results
- Assist with revenue checks, including invoices, WIP (work in progress), and deferred revenue
- Support monitoring of costs and overhead spending
- Build understanding of business processes and systems to see what drives financial performance
- Assist in preparing forecasts and updating financial models using PowerBI
- Maintain and update financial reports, dashboards, and data accuracy
- Provide support on project proposals, tenders, and scenario analysis
- Work closely with the Lead and Senior FBP to contribute to work including monthly performance reporting etc
- Engaged with some stakeholders of the business for specifically assigned tasks
- Leveraging AI practices to support your role as FBP
- Critical Analysis – areas of improvements etc
- 4-5 years working in the finance field
- Demonstrated track record of financial analysis and planning
- Experience working in a complex environment
- Exposure and interest to AI
- Exposure to Dynamics 365, Workday and/or Adaptive Planning
- Industry Certified
- Enthusiasm to learn and grow
