Role Description

The User Acceptance Testing (UAT) Analyst role sits within our Customer Project Delivery and Readiness team based in the Perth CBD.

This role plays a critical part in ensuring technology changes deliver positive outcomes for both our customers and our business. The UAT Analyst acts as the voice of the customer and the end user translating technical changes into clear, relatable business impacts and helping stakeholders understand how change will affect their teams, processes and customers.

The successful candidate will be highly organised, detail-oriented and meticulous, with exceptional presentation and stakeholder engagement skills. They will be responsible for planning and executing user acceptance testing activities, preparing high-quality documentation and presentations, and ensuring robust governance, compliance and audit requirements are met throughout the delivery process.

Job Responsibilities

  • Translate technical system and process changes into concise, engaging and relatable business impacts for stakeholders.
  • Develop and deliver presentations, briefings and communications to support stakeholder understanding and readiness.
  • Perform User Acceptance Testing (UAT) against business requirements, systems and business processes.
  • Define and prepare test data, test scenarios, test cases and test scripts.
  • Maintain comprehensive and high-quality documentation, including test plans, test cases, test scripts, governance artefacts and compliance records.

What You Will Bring

  • Minimum three years' experience in a UAT, business readiness, testing or similar role within a complex operational environment.
  • Exceptional presentation and communication skills, with the ability to simplify complex technical concepts for diverse stakeholders.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement skills and the confidence to facilitate discussions across technical and non-technical audiences.
  • High attention to detail and demonstrated ability to prepare professional presentations and documentation to support governance and decision-making.
  • Understanding of governance, risk, compliance and audit requirements within project delivery environments would be highly regarded.
