About The Role

As an Improvement Business Analyst, you will be responsible for supporting the Financial Governance and Systems branch in assisting on driving performance improvement and strategic business priorities across the various directorates and divisions by working with different stakeholders and to implement best practice.

The position is responsible for reviewing, analysing, planning and implementation of business processes, which contribute towards delivery of successful projects.

Suitability Requirements

Through the recruitment process, we will be looking for a candidates who can demonstrate skills, experience and attributes in relation to the following:

• Strong governance capability and organisational skills,
• A solutions-focused mindset, with the ability to think innovatively and drive continuous improvement initiatives,
• The ability to work effectively within a team environment, supported by strong influencing and interpersonal skills,
• A solid understanding of project management principles and methodologies.

Eligibility

Successful applicants must have relevant tertiary qualifications either in accounting, commerce, finance, policy or an approved equivalent.
