Business Analyst

We're partnering with an innovative global technology organisation to recruit an experienced Business Analyst who thrives in software and product development environments. This is an opportunity to work alongside Product Managers, Engineers, UX Designers and technical teams to help shape digital products used by customers across the globe.

This isn't a traditional project-based BA role. You'll play a key role throughout the product lifecycle, translating customer and business needs into clear, actionable requirements while helping deliver software solutions that solve real-world problems.

The Opportunity

• Partner with Product Managers and stakeholders to understand customer needs and define product requirements.
• Facilitate workshops, discovery sessions and requirements gathering activities.
• Create user stories, acceptance criteria, process maps and functional documentation.
• Work closely with software engineering teams throughout the Agile delivery lifecycle.
• Support backlog refinement, sprint planning, testing and product releases.
• Analyse existing business processes and identify opportunities to improve products and user experience.
• Act as the bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders to ensure successful product outcomes.

About You

• Proven experience as a Business Analyst within software development or product environments.
• Strong experience writing user stories, acceptance criteria and functional requirements.
• Experience working within Agile delivery teams.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and facilitation skills.
• Ability to simplify complex business problems into practical technology solutions.
• Experience with tools such as Jira and Confluence.
• Exposure to SaaS, digital products or technology platforms will be highly regarded.
