Role Summary
The Sr Specialist, SME Business Complete Product supports the execution of Business Complete product strategy through analytics, insight generation, and cross-functional coordination. This role translates the Business Complete vision into market-backed insights, executive-ready materials, and operational deliverables that accelerate pilots, inform product decisions, and support C-level engagements.
Key Responsibilities
- Support product strategy execution by translating Business Complete vision into market-backed insights, use cases, and feature prioritization across issuing and acceptance.
- Drive analytics and insight generation on SME behavior (e.g., activation, cross-sell, wallet usage) to inform product design and validate "Right-to-Win" hypotheses.
- Build executive-ready materials and business cases (decks, pilots, KPI tracking) to support product decisions, partner discussions, and C-level reviews.
- Coordinate cross-functional delivery across Product, GTM, Data & Services, and regional teams to accelerate pilots, remove blockers, and ensure speed-to-market.
- 3–5 years in strategy, consulting, analytics, or product operations (payments/fintech preferred).
- Advanced Excel/PowerPoint skills; experience with Salesforce reporting and data visualization tools.
- Detail-oriented with strong QA instincts and ability to work with large datasets.
- Collaborative, proactive, and comfortable supporting multiple senior stakeholders simultaneously.
- Experience in payments, fintech, or B2B platform environments.
- Exposure to product lifecycle management and agile development processes.
- Familiarity with SME segment dynamics, issuer economics, and commercial card ecosystems.
- Experience building business cases and pilot frameworks for new product launches.

Pay Ranges
Purchase, New York: $120,000 - $204,000 USD
