Business Analyst

Job Description

We are looking for a Business Analyst with a technical mindset to support an international pharmaceutical project within the Data domain. The role focuses on business analysis for data-driven initiatives, process analysis, and close collaboration with technical teams in a highly regulated environment.

Lacation: Warsaw (occasional visits)

Your Responsibilities

• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements for data-focused initiatives
• Facilitate workshops and collaborate with business and technical stakeholders across global teams
• Translate business requirements into User Stories and maintain the product backlog
• Support Agile delivery by working closely with Product Owners, Developers, and QA teams
• Analyze end-to-end business processes and identify opportunities for optimization
• Contribute to the design and implementation of scalable data solutions
• Support business change by applying Business Analysis techniques and best practices
• Ensure requirements are aligned with business objectives and regulatory expectations
• Collaborate within cross-functional, multicultural teams operating in a global environment

Our Requirements

• Fluent English (spoken and written) - mandatory
• Proven commercial experience as a Business Analyst in IT projects
• Pharmaceutical or life sciences background
• Technical mindset with an understanding of enterprise applications and data solutions
• Good understanding of large and complex datasets
• Experience analyzing and improving business processes
• Excellent stakeholder management, communication, and presentation skills
• Proven ability to gather, analyze, and document business requirements
• Practical knowledge of Agile methodologies, including User Stories and Jira
• Understanding of complex enterprise systems and system integrations
• Knowledge of regulated environments and GxP standards
• Understanding of end-to-end processes supporting data solutions
• Ability to work effectively with global, cross-functional teams
• Familiarity with User-Centered Design and Design Thinking
