System Analyst

Experience:

• At least 8+ years of hands-on experience in System Analyst/Business Analyst activities
• Experience as a BA on enterprise/SaaS projects with microservices architecture
• Ability to synchronize requirements between teams
• Knowledge of the broadcast/media domain (MAM, scheduling, playout, ingest/transcoding), or willingness to quickly get up to speed
• Confident reading of C4 diagrams (Context/Container/Component)
• Understanding of event-driven architecture (Kafka), workflow orchestration (Temporal or similar) — at the level of being able to formalize a business process as a definition/activity/trigger
• Experience formulating NFRs (performance, availability, multi-tenancy, security, compliance/data residency) as verifiable criteria
• Experience maintaining Q&A registers with the client/vendors and tracking Open Questions across rounds
• Ability to write functional requirements with prioritization (Must/Should/Could/Won't or similar MoSCoW analog)
• Experience preparing Business Requirements & Scope, Entity Glossary, Risk Register
• Good knowledge of Agile-based methodologies
• Excellent presentation skills
• First-rate communicator in English
• Strong can-do attitude, problem-solving skills, and a willingness to walk the extra mile
• High level of self-motivation with minimal supervision required

Nice to have:

• Understanding of access role models (RBAC/ABAC, permission matrices such as Topic × Activity × Action)
• Familiarity with the concept of micro-frontend / Module Federation (for formulating requirements to FE teams)
• Ability to elicit requirements through customer interviews rather than relying on ready-made documentation
• Structured thinking — ability to break down a complex domain (19 bounded contexts) into clear artifacts
• Proactiveness in identifying risks and contradictions between requirements from different teams
