As a Consultant on the Digitalization Team, you’ll support our clients in developing digital strategies, optimizing processes, and successfully implementing cutting-edge technologies.You’ll work in an international, interdisciplinary team of experienced experts in port management, logistics, digitalization, and IT. This is a fixed-term position for 24 months with the possibility of a permanent position afterward.

What you can expect

• You will analyze, define, and prioritize business and technical requirements for digital business processes and operational IT systems
• You will ensure the quality of software solutions by defining, reviewing, and verifying requirements, test cases, and acceptance criteria
• You will facilitate and lead agile workshops, requirements workshops, and coordination meetings with clients and internal project teams
• You will analyze existing business processes, identify opportunities for optimization, and develop sustainable digitalization strategies
• You design innovative solutions from business, technical, and operational perspectives and support their successful implementation
• You develop recommendations for process optimization and digitization and create process models and business concepts
• You develop integration and interface concepts for the seamless interconnection of different IT systems and digital platforms

What you bring to the table

• A successfully completed degree, e.g., in logistics, economics, computer science, business informatics, industrial engineering, or a comparable field
• Initial professional experience with a focus on digitalization, business analysis, IT consulting, or process management
• Experience in the port industry, terminal operations, or maritime transport logistics is a plus
• Experience in analyzing, specifying, and documenting functional and technical requirements
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and process-oriented thinking skills
• Open-minded, organized, and solution-oriented, with a passion for finding solutions as part of a team
• You can confidently manage projects in German and English and maintain a professional demeanor when interacting with our clients
