Key Responsibilities
- Own and drive the global demand planning process, delivering accurate forecasts to support business and supply chain decisions.
- Ensure effective planning and availability of finished goods to meet customer needs while optimizing inventory levels.
- Maintain and continuously improve demand planning data, processes and forecasting accuracy.
- Act as the key interface between Sales, Supply Chain and strategic customers to balance demand with supply.
- Monitor demand trends and proactively communicate changes that may impact production, inventory or customer deliveries.
- Coordinate order planning and prioritization to align customer demand with available supply.
- Support business decisions through forecasting, scenario planning and management reporting.
- Master's or bachelor's degree in business administration, logistics or electronics combined with relevant experience.
- Proven track record in demand planning, forecasting or supply chain planning within a global manufacturing environment.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate data into actionable business insights and decisions.
- Experience with ERP systems, planning tools and cross-functional collaboration in an international organization.
- Very good written and oral presentation and communication skills in English. Norwegian is an advantage.
