We are looking for a Senior Business Analyst to lead data-driven decision-making across commercial, retail, and operational functions. In this role, you will collaborate closely with business stakeholders to develop analytics strategies, uncover actionable insights, optimize performance, and support key business initiatives. This position requires a combination of strong analytical expertise, business acumen, stakeholder management, and the ability to translate complex data into compelling recommendations.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and lead analytics initiatives that support business growth, operational excellence, and strategic decision-making.
• Partner with commercial, marketing, operations, and cross-functional teams to understand business challenges and define analytical solutions.
• Conduct in-depth analyses of key accounts, business performance, customer behavior, and strategic initiatives to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Build and maintain dashboards, reports, and automated analytical solutions that provide actionable business insights.
• Translate complex business questions into structured analytical approaches and data-driven roadmaps.
• Present findings, recommendations, and performance insights to senior stakeholders in a clear and impactful manner.
• Monitor key business metrics and proactively identify trends, risks, and opportunities.
• Support experimentation and "test-and-learn" initiatives by evaluating outcomes and measuring business impact.
• Apply advanced analytical methodologies to assess performance, optimize strategies, and improve decision-making.
• Mentor and support team members by sharing analytical best practices and fostering a collaborative team environment.
• Work closely with analytics and technology teams to improve reporting capabilities, data quality, and business intelligence solutions.
• Contribute to the development of scalable data products and self-service reporting environments.

Required Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Statistics, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Mathematics, or a related field preferred.

• Knowledge of Python or other analytical programming languages for data analysis and automation.
• Familiarity with statistical modeling, regression analysis, causal inference, or other advanced analytical techniques.

Experience

• Minimum 4+ years of experience in business analytics, commercial analytics, sales analytics, retail analytics, or related fields.
• Proven track record of delivering actionable insights that influence business strategy and performance.
• Experience supporting senior leadership with analytical reporting and strategic recommendations.
• Demonstrated ability to lead complex analytical projects from concept to execution.
• Experience mentoring or coaching other analysts is highly desirable
