Nous sommes à la recherche d'un Senior BI consultant (5 ans d'expérience minimum) pour rejoindre une équipe Data d'environ 15 experts (Architectes, BI Developers, Data Analysts, PM, Scrum).

La mission consiste en un projet stratégique d'implémentation et exploitation d'un Data Warehouse moderne.

Une maitrise de DataVault est demandée. Une première expérience sur Wherescape est un plus.

Rôle & responsabilités

En tant que Consultant BI technico-fonctionnel, vous aurez la responsabilité de:

• Comprendre les besoins métier et les traduire en spécifications fonctionnelles.
• Participer à la conception et à l'implémentation des flux BI et du DWH.
• Développer et maintenir des pipelines, transformations et modèles de données.
• Collaborer avec les architectes et les équipes métier pour assurer la cohérence des solutions.
• Participer aux cérémonies Agile/Scrum.
• Assurer la qualité, la performance et la robustesse des solutions BI livrées.

Profil recherché

• Consultant sénior, autonome, force de proposition.
• À l'aise pour discuter avec le business autant que pour écrire du code.
• Excellentes capacités d'analyse et de communication.
• Bon esprit d'équipe, méthodologie Agile/Scrum.

Compétences techniques requises:

• 5+ ans d'expérience en Business Intelligence / Data Warehouse.
• Solide expérience en modélisation dimensionnelle (Kimball) - indispensable.
• Bonne maîtrise SQL & ETL.
• Capacité à travailler end-to-end (analyse → design → développement).
• Expérience dans un environnement DWH moderne.
• Connaissance de Data Vault

Atouts (nice to have):

• Expérience avec Wherescape (gros plus).
• Expérience dans des projets d'implémentation DWH à grande échelle.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Techno-Functional BI Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Understanding business requirements and translating them into functional specifications.
• Contributing to the design and implementation of BI solutions and Data Warehouse flows.
• Developing and maintaining data pipelines, transformations, and data models.
• Collaborating with architects and business stakeholders to ensure solution consistency and alignment.
• Participating in Agile/Scrum ceremonies.
• Ensuring the quality, performance, and robustness of delivered BI solutions.

Profile

• Senior consultant with a proactive mindset and the ability to work independently.
• Comfortable engaging with business stakeholders as well as writing and reviewing code.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Team player with experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.

Required Technical Skills

• 5+ years of experience in Business Intelligence and/or Data Warehousing.
• Strong expertise in dimensional data modeling (Kimball methodology) – mandatory.
• Solid SQL and ETL skills.
• Ability to work end-to-end (analysis → design → development).
• Experience working within a modern Data Warehouse environment.
• Knowledge of Data Vault methodology.

Nice to Have

• Experience with WhereScape (strong advantage).
• Experience in large-scale Data Warehouse implementation projects.
