Technical Analyst

Our client, a well-known gas and electric utility company, is actively hiring an IT Analyst to join their team in Columbus, OH! This role will be hybrid and is onsite 3x a week.

*This is a 1 year W2 contract with benefits offered!*

In this role, you will be responsible for identifying, defining, and documenting business requirements for various IT projects and initiatives. The team is looking for someone with a development background who has the ability to translate technical language into layperson's language.

Responsibilities:

• Measure and monitor the performance, quality, and value of the IT services and solutions while using metrics & KPIs
• Assess the business impact of IT risks and issues
• Understand and comply with contractual obligations and SLAs

Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or related
• 5+ years of experience
• Prior software development background is a plus
