- 10+ years of IT experience, 5+ years of experience as Business Analyst in Banking and financial services.
- 5+ years of Fraud domain experience is must
- Strong Agile and Waterfall delivery experience
- Experience in creating user stories and leading other Jr BAs
- Strong written and verbal communication
- Strong stakeholders management skills with multiple vendor setup
- Experience with Onshore/Offshore delivery model
