In This Role, Your Responsibilities Will Be
- Work on multiple initiatives simultaneously, balancing business priorities with available resources.
- Support a global ERP user community by serving as a system subject matter expert across multiple functional areas, including responding to user inquiries and delivering virtual training sessions for users worldwide.
- Partner with functional teams, lead business analysts, and development teams to identify opportunities for system and process improvements by gaining a deep understanding of business roles and workflows.
- Design, execute, and analyze experiments to validate system configuration or data changes, ensuring desired outcomes are achieved without negatively impacting dependent processes.
- Educate end users on configuration options and explain how system changes influence downstream processes.
- Ensure business process implementations align with established data and process standards defined by the Lead Business Analyst.
- Apply a variety of analytical tools and techniques to streamline workflows and improve operational efficiency.
- Develop and deliver ad hoc reports to support management decision-making.
- Collaborate with ERP technical support to investigate, troubleshoot, and resolve issues reported by users.
- Perform additional responsibilities as assigned to support team and business objectives.
For This Role, You Will Need
- A bachelor’s degree in any field or equivalent professional experience that demonstrates the required skills and knowledge.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and time management skills.
- The ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple workstreams, and adapt to changing priorities.
- Cross-functional awareness with the ability to understand and balance the needs of diverse users and business functions.
- Flexibility to collaborate with global teams, including the ability to work outside of standard U.S. business hours when needed.
- 5 or more years of experience in customer service, order entry, pricing, shipping, inventory, or warehousing.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office applications or similar productivity tools.
- Clear and effective communication skills, with the ability to engage and influence individuals at all levels of the organization through written and verbal communication.
