Your Role

We could list all the business analyst's tasks, but it would be cumbersome. The truth is that there are as many product organisations as companies to have them.

Depending on your profile and career goals, we'll propose assignments that best fit you.

Our goal is to help you become an outstanding business analyst and evolve into a product management role over time, starting by offering you the most exciting opportunities.

In a nutshell, our vision of the job:

• Evaluate business processes, identify areas for improvement, and develop and implement effective solutions to meet business needs.
• Perform requirements analysis, document findings, and communicate insights to cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure solutions align with business objectives and deliver value.
• Manage initiatives by developing plans, monitoring performance, and ensuring deliverables are completed on time and within budget.
• Provide leadership, training, and guidance to junior staff while staying up to date on advancements to modernise and optimise systems.

Experiences Needed

• More than 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst

• You are fluent in English AND French or Dutch, ensuring clear and effective collaboration in a multilingual environment.

• You are data-driven, with the ability to analyse complex information and translate it into actionable insights and clear plans.
• You excel in delivering exceptional customer experiences by consistently providing value throughout the lifecycle of services and projects.
