Key Responsibilities

  • Support the Product Manager in defining and executing the product roadmap for Cash Management and International Payments initiatives.
  • Gather, analyze, and document business requirements, business vision, and cross-entity documentation.
  • Coordinate stakeholders across Business, IT, Operations, Legal, and Compliance to ensure successful project delivery.
  • Take ownership of specific initiatives related to Operational Resilience within the Credit Transfer domain.
  • Prepare high-quality deliverables for senior management committees, including roadmaps, business cases, KPIs, financials, and working documents.
  • Analyze payment processes and propose improvements aligned with business objectives and regulatory requirements.
  • Manage risks, issues, quality, and stakeholder communication throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Act as the liaison between all stakeholders to ensure alignment and customer satisfaction.

Experience Required

  • Minimum 5 years of experience as a Business Analyst in banking or payments environments.
  • Proven experience working in project-driven environments and collaborating with Business, IT, Operations, Legal, and Compliance teams.
  • Strong knowledge of international payments ecosystems and payment processing chains (excluding card payments).
  • Experience in Cash Management, Payments Management, and SEPA payments.
  • Banking industry experience is mandatory.
  • Knowledge of Operational Resilience, DORA, Finance, or Treasury is an advantage.
  • Excellent English communication skills; French is mandatory, Dutch is a plus.
