An international pharmaceutical and consumer healthcare company is looking for a Finance Business Partner to support its commercial operations in Uzbekistan. The company is one of the leading global manufacturers of prescription medicines, over-the-counter (OTC) products, and consumer health solutions, operating across multiple international markets.
This position offers an opportunity to become a strategic finance partner for commercial, marketing, and supply chain teams, contributing directly to business growth, profitability, and operational decision-making.
Key Responsibilities
- Partner with commercial, marketing, and supply chain teams to provide financial insights and support strategic initiatives.
- Lead budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.
- Analyze business performance, including sales, profitability, margins, and key financial drivers.
- Prepare financial reports, variance analysis, and management presentations with actionable recommendations.
- Evaluate pricing strategies, promotional effectiveness, and product portfolio profitability.
- Monitor sales trends, trade investments, and Gross-to-Net performance.
- Track key business KPIs, identify risks and opportunities, and support performance improvement initiatives.
- Contribute to working capital optimization, inventory management, and cross-functional business projects.
- Ensure compliance with internal financial policies, controls, and reporting requirements.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related discipline.
- At least 5 years of experience in FP&A, Commercial Finance, or Finance Business Partnering.
- Previous experience in the FMCG, retail, pharmaceutical, or OTC healthcare industry is highly preferred.
- Strong analytical, financial modeling, and business partnering skills.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; SAP experience is an advantage.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Fluent English.
